With you, Sue will be:

Purposeful…in creating trust and providing a confidential space allowing you to look within, test and confirm your values, and choose the steps you want to take.

Positive…in encouraging, listening, inquiring, and helping you throughout the coaching process. 

Pragmatic…in holding you accountable to take action and achieve your goals.

Prior to beginning a formal coaching engagement, an initial conversation is conducted to confirm the desired fit between your needs and coaching style and services.

Coaching engagements are customized to best meet your needs.  Engagements typically include:

  • Creating the picture of success for and by you through goal identification. If the coaching engagement is sponsored by the organization, a meeting may be scheduled as needed to align understanding and goals.

  • Gaining insight into your strengths, risks, and impact through assessments and feedback.

  • Defining a development plan created by you.

  • Focusing on your goals, using open-ended questions, sharing observations, and referring to the gathered feedback, coaching supports your ability to engage in self-reflection and determine actions to practice and confirm your desired behavior change. 

  • Outlining by you of next steps to maintain mindset and behavior change.  A sponsor meeting will occur as needed.

  • Celebrating your success along the way and at the end of the engagement!

Let’s Work Together to Create Your Success

Coaching engagement logistics typically include:

  • 12 sessions over a 6 – 9-month period.

  • Sessions, as mutually determined, are usually held every 2-3 weeks, are 60 minutes in length, and conducted in-person, via telephone and/or video teleconferencing. 

  • Between sessions, coaching is available virtually, via email and/or telephone to assist you with “in the moment” coaching needs.

Fees

Discussed after the initial conversation - so we know we are a match! - and based on your individual coaching needs.
