About
Susan Coyne, Principal
Discover Opportunities, Experience Results.
Sue coaches senior leaders and managers who want to ensure their success by not leaving it to chance. Success may be strengthening their leadership and/or management style and skills, transitioning to a new or expanded role, or leading a significant change effort.
A client’s growth and impact at work as they discover and unleash the leader within drives Sue to coach. She focuses on what is special about each person. Sue is curious to hear her client’s one-of-a-kind stories that influence and shape the person today, their style and motivation, and values.
Sue helps clients jumpstart actions to achieve their desired results through a reflective journey. She understands from her own experience that taking action, to try something new or different, is often a challenge. It’s about ‘dipping your toe in the pool’ to see what works and why to achieve results. Sue has experienced her own professional transitions, changing industries, and moving to different locales for new roles and life experiences.
As a consultant working with senior leaders, managers, and teams, Sue brings empathy, a desire to learn more about clients and their organizations, and a matter-of-fact style and delivery that facilitates a strong, trusting relationship and clients achieving their intended outcomes.
